Ethiopian Food
Ethiopia has many different dishes as most tribes have their own cultural food.

Injera
Injera which its know as Ethiopian flat bread internationally . Its is made out of teff seeds which is similar to wheat but much much smaller in size. It is gluten free. Its reach with iron, vitamin b2, small carb. It is perfect for weight loss.

Spice
The Spices in Ethiopia is berber and mitmita. Berbere is the the back bone of our kitchen as most food have berbere in them. Berbere is a mixture of chili peppers, garlic, ginger, basil, korarima, rue, ajwain or radhuni, nigella, and fenugreek. all of this things vary from one house hold to other.

Mitmita is a much stronger version of berbere. Mitmita is made out of red small chili peppers, garlic, ginger, basil, korarima. Usualy We don’t cook food with it. Its served on the side so that people take as much as they need.
